We are interrupting our series on prayer, Our Father, to air to a talk I gave yesterday to the Escondido URC Adult Sunday School class. We also got an interesting question on the Heideltext line about the nature of the presence of Christ in the Old Testament. What does it mean to say that God the Son was “in, with, and under” the types and shadows? Why would anyone say that? Most of the episode, however, comes from yesterday’s talk in which I tried to give an overview of what has been going on behind the scenes, as it were, of the collapse of the West.
