  1. Was there a tie in to Christian nationalism, and continued revelation? I’m not sure I picked up on it if so.

    • I don’t know that there is a necessary connection but the Christian nationalists tend to be triumphalist in their eschatology as do the continuationists. The reconstructionist movement may deep in roads among Pentecostals in Florida and elsewhere. The New Apostolic Reformation movement combines Reconstructionism, and continuationism.
