Gary North, Greg Bahnsen, Rushdoony, oh and Doug Wilson, somehow not mentioned, yet two were OPC, and none were Baptists. Maybe you could say it was not in the area of the question. Perhaps it would have been good to mention that this is a problem in Presbyterian circles, and others, perhaps even close to home for the host. In the Confessional Baptist Association we have a position paper against theonomy. While I appreciate so much of what you do, there does seem to be a bit of a glee to take a shot at the P.B.

The question which I was answering wasn’t “from where does theonomy come?” but why are so many Baptists attracted to it? So, that’s the question I tried to answer.
