ACNA does ordain women as Deacons and Priests but not Bishops. And it is up to the regional Bishop and local church weather they call a women to the office in a local congregation. I have been in SD area ACNA churches over the last 8-9 years and this is what I have observed. Also the ACNA has significant charismatic leanings, like raised hands in worship, anointing with oil, foot washing (during Lent), and seems to have left over influence from the Catholic Charasmatuc movement from the 70s-80s.
