  1. Oh dear, it looks like the only Mars bars I’ll be able to enjoy are the ones with five beats to them! (and that may be questionable for a different reason).

  2. Stupid on a corporate level. M&M Mars is privately held and will not face the wrath of shareholders. It makes no sense to offend your customer base in order to appeal to a tiny faction in the overall population. Whatever happened to “don’t try to shove your religion down my throat?“

    No company has the luxury of alienating their customers. It costs 8 times as much to gain a new customer as it does to keep an existing customer. Woke plus capitalism = failure.

    • Yeah, but I wonder if they are trying to get ahead of the curve. If it’s seen as a civil rights issue, they don’t want to be seen as on the wrong side of history a generation or so down the road when it’s broadly accepted. I pray there is revival before then.
