Fall Conference Info

The fall conference season is upon us. Here are some conferences that might interest you:

Christ Reformed Church, Washington DC is hosting “Preaching in the Capital” for  2010. The speakers are Gene Veith, T. David Gordon, Robert Norris, and Marva Dawn. They are giving away an iPad this year. You can enter to win each time you attend OR by helping them promote the event via electronic media.

Yours truly will be speaking at the 2010 Cheyenne Reformation Conference Oct 1-2. We’ll consider some of the misunderstandings of the gospel and equip evangelicals to stand firm with the good news delivered once for all to the saints. If you attend, you will see that the Bibical faith of the reformers has a vital theology, piety and practice which emphasizes the preaching of the Word, sacraments, prayer, love of God and love of neighbor over self-centered improvement techniques. Join us this fall for a time of fellowship, prayer and Bible study as we look at the essential elements of the Christian faith (click on the image for more information).

Oct 8-10 I’ll be giving the inaugural Lloyd Jackson Lectures at the Church of the Redeemer, in the Phoenix metro. Click on the banner for more info.

October 29-31 I’ll be speaking at Main Street Presbyterian Church, Columbus, MS. More information to follow. Click the banner for more information about the congregation
