  1. I disagree. Truth is anecdotal. Even if some people tell false stories, some of the stories that are told are nonetheless true. We hav e no data tables on public health for the years 28-30 AD in ‘Eretz Yisroel, but we do know that some lepers were cleansed, a man born blind was made to see, and a healed paralytic was used as a demonstration that God had become man and was walking among us. These are anecdotes.

  2. Professor Clark,

In the spirit of precision, the post refers not to the “very definition” of gaslighting, but to its apotheosis.

  3. I just read the article, and all I could think of was, the author is stating there is no cancel culture, while he cancels those who claim there is. His very article refutes itself.

  4. Cancel culture is a social construct just like sex/gender, race, the Tooth Fairy and [fill in the blank] so obviously it doesn’t exist.

IOW just make it go away like all the other social constructs, by denying it vociferously.

Kind of like the three year old who thinks mommy can’t see them, because they got their eyes closed.

As far as that goes, who needs gaslighting anyway? There’s plenty of light from all the bonfires and torched cars by our politically correct rioters exercising their Fascist Amendment.

Arguably when God wishes to destroy a nation, he first gives it over to insanity, if not stupidity.
‘Claiming to be wise, they became fools.’
