Abounding GraceChris Gordon is not only a dear friend and my pastor at Escondido URC but he also hosts a daily radio program, Abounding Grace Radio. So, other than preaching twice most Lord’s Days, hosting a daily radio program, counseling, teaching a catechism class, and making hospital calls (which ministries he shares with the Rev Stephen Donovan, our associate pastor) he has almost nothing to do. So it was a joy to join him for three episodes of AGR.

In this episode we begin by discussing the biblical teaching about the church as the visible covenant community, the contrast between the biblical view and the widespread broadly evangelical view of the church. We’re trying to help Christians discern the true church from the false and to justify those categories. This is the first of two parts.
