Now it is certain that our Lord did not want to change anything about the government (police) or the civil order, bus without reviling it in any way, he made his office, for which he came into the world, that of forgiving sins. He is professor emeritus of church history and historical theology at Westminster Seminary California, where he taught for 29 years.
