Office Hours: John Fesko On The Holy Spirit In The Reformed Confessions

Office HoursThis is season 7 of Office Hours and our theme is “The Holy Spirit: Lord and Giver of Life.” When we think of the Reformed and Presbyterian confessions we might think first of the doctrines of grace and salvation but they reflect on much more, including the person and work of the Holy Spirit. To be sure, they do so in ways that are distinct from the ways with which modern evangelicals have become familiar. John Fesko is Academic Dean and Professor of Systematic Theology and Historical Theology at Westminster Seminary California. He teaches a course on the Westminster Standards and he joins us to discuss the teaching of the Reformed confessions on the person and work of the Holy Spirit.
