R.Scott Clark is the President of the Heidelberg Reformation Association, the author and editor of, and contributor to several books and the author of many articles. He has taught church history and historical theology since 1997 at Westminster Seminary California. He has also taught at Wheaton College, Reformed Theological Seminary, and Concordia University. He has hosted the Heidelblog since 2007.

I see one of your pictures is “black and white only” (In the old days, that would mean you took it with a black and white film in the camera). Was this taken before the other three, after, or in between?
Sure, that’s pretty, but we get hurricanes on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. So there.

Last week I snapped a photo of a snowy owl (a first) as I was traveling back from Grand Rapids.
I once heard “Walden” serialized on the radio. The only bit of it I found of real interest was Thoreau’s description of the frozen surface of the pond and the sound it made. So Dave, can you make your frozen Great Lakes of literary interest?
