Andy Calls it Pietistic Goofiness But I Call it QIRE

If I had written this someone would call it mean but since Andy wrote it, I’m sure it will be fine. What matters is that it’s true.

  1. I remember hearing Dr. Packer allude to this in his lectures on English Puritanism at Reformed (got the lectures on iTunes… they were excellent and come highly recommended!). If I recall, he was suicidal (if I recall) and God used some Puritan writers to draw him out that the perfectionistic madness back to the gospel. Anyway, thanks for posting/linking to this.
