1. Somehow I knew that’s what it would be about.

   If something’s really settled science, you don’t see people going on about how it’s “settled science”.

2. Global warming/cooling/change and evolutionary biology, though trumpeted as settled science are two aspects of a program of dictatorial scientism (arcane/occult science) designed to scientifically engineer, manipulate, dominate and control the world’s wealth and natural resources and micro-manage every human being in every detail of his life. When Aldous Huxley penned Brave New World in 1932, he accurately foresaw this wrenching transformation of man and society and predicted that the end of it would be a scientific dictatorship unlike anything the world has ever seen.

   The world is being actively transformed by a technocratic occult power elite and their minions according to a very narrow scientistic/economical/political/social philosophy called Technocracy, and it is impacting every segment of society in every corner of the world:

   “….Technocracy is being sponsored and orchestrated by a global elite led by David Rockefeller’s and Zbigniew Brzezinski’s Trilateral Commission….Originally started in the early 1930s, Technocracy is antithetical to every American institution that made us into the greatest nation on earth. It eschews property rights, obsoletes capitalism, hates politicians and traditional political structures, and promises a lofty utopian dream made possible only if engineers, scientists, and technicians are allowed to run society.” ( Preface, Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation, Patrick M. Wood),

   In an impeccably researched essay, “Ascendancy of a Financial Criminal Elite,” Prof. James Petras details the existence of the technocratic power elite which he describes as the super wealthy of America and Europe:

   “Never in the history of the United States have we witnessed crimes committed on the scale and scope of the present day by both private and state elites…..the super-wealthy and their families have as much as $32 trillion (USD) of hidden assets in offshore tax havens, representing up to $280 billion in lost income tax revenue! This study excluded such non-financial assets as real estate, precious metals, jewels, yachts, race horses, luxury vehicles and so on. Of the $32 trillion in hidden assets, $23 trillion is held by the super-rich of North America and Europe .”

   The super wealthy mainly consist of an elite consortium of global technocratic corporatists and bankers:

   “England’s leading banks, including Barclay’s and a host of others, have been identified as having rigged the LIBOR, or inter-bank lending rate, for years in order to maximize profits. The Bank of New York, JP Morgan, HSBC, Wachovia and Citibank are among scores of banks, which have been charged with laundering drug money and other illicit funds according to investigations from the US Senate Banking Committees. Multi-national corporations receive federal bailout funds and tax exemptions and then, in violation of publicized agreements with the government, relocate plants and jobs in Asia and Mexico .” (Ascendancy of A Criminal Financial Elite, Global Research)

   In agreement, Karen Hudes, a former insider at the World Bank reports that a treacherous global financial system dominated by a small group of corrupt, power-hungry figures centered around the privately owned U.S. Federal Reserve dominate the pillars of America’s government and control the media to cover up its crimes:

   “What is really going on is that the world’s resources are being dominated by this group,” she explained, adding that the “corrupt power grabbers” have managed to dominate the media as well. “They’re being allowed to do it.” (World Bank Insider Blows Whistle on Corruption, Federal Reserve, Alex Newman, New American, 22 May 2013)

   Hudes, an attorney who spent some two decades working in the World Bank’s legal department, has observed the machinations of the criminal network up close:

   “I realized we were now dealing with something known as state capture, which is where the institutions of government are co-opted by the group that’s corrupt… The pillars of the U.S. government – some of them – are dysfunctional because of state capture; this is a big story, this is a big cover up.” (ibid)

   Huxley predicted that Technocracy (an anti-creation, anti-human false reality) would be imposed most successfully on the masses of people incapable of, or uninterested in understanding it. Such people would fall prey most readily to psychological manipulation, propaganda of the lie, and conditioning that makes them accept the most flagrant lies, violations of themselves, their children and reality because they were uninterested in understanding the enormity of what was being imposed upon them.

   Moreover, said Huxley, the occult scientific and evolutionary system itself would become a god that was worshipped and questioning any aspect of it, such as the validity of evolution and global change or any other decision or outcome would be tantamount to blasphemy.

   The modern power elite are the spiritual heirs of Illuminist philosophies and occult sciences, i.e., Ancient Mysteries, mystical Cabala, Egyptian Hermeticism, pre-Christian and Christian era Gnosticism, Luciferian Theosophy, Luciferian Masonry and occult New Age pantheism.

   Occult sciences include, but are not limited to, Hermetic magic (as above, so below), alchemy, astrology, divination, and spiritualism (contact with spirits). Interpretation of occultism and its concepts can be found in nature philosophies, esoteric evolutionary biology and occult pagan systems such as Gnosticism, Theosophy, Wicca, Satanism, Thelema and neo-paganism.

   A general definition is offered by Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke:

   “Occultism has its basis in a religious way of thinking, the roots of which stretch back into antiquity and which may be described as the Western esoteric tradition. Its principal ingredients have been identified as Gnosticism, the Hermetic treatises on alchemy and magic, Neo-Platonism, and the Kabbalah, all originating in the eastern Mediterranean area during the first few centuries AD.” (The Occult Roots of Nazism, Good-Rick-Clarke, p. 17)

   Under cover of ‘modern science,’ evolutionary biology is actually arcane gnosis arising from a religious outlook based in a philosophy of naturalism and programmatic alchemy. When asked why the layman should be interested, “…in so esoteric a subject as evolutionary biology,” one of the leading evolutionists of our day, Professor S.J. Gould, candidly responded:

   “Because it tells us where we came from, how we got here, and perhaps where we are going. Quite simply, it is science’s version of Roots, except it is the story of us all.” (The Religious Nature of Evolution Theory and its Attack on Christianity, John G. Leslie and Charles K.    Evolutionary biology’s anti-creation genesis account is an ages old alchemical vision holding that billions of years ago non-life bearing chemicals were magically birthed from ‘nothing’ when a fiery Cosmic Egg (Big Bang) inexplicably exploded. Then chemicals, or star stuff according to Carl Sagan, magically combined and transcended themselves after a hundred or a thousand identical operations thereby allowing the miraculous transmutation of chemicals into life. Once life miraculously arose from the dead, natural processes (occult or unseen powers) were set in motion that after passage of vast ages supposedly eventuated in the arrival of man:

   “If man has arrived at his present state as a result of natural processes rather than a supernatural will, he can learn to control these processes…The concept of evolution, which is now basic to the life sciences, has provided new and in some ways revolutionary answers to questions men have been asking for centuries. The two most important of these are, ‘Why am I here, what is the purpose of human existence, and what is the nature of the world of life that surrounds us?” (Dobzhansky, T., Ayala, F.J., Stebbins, G.L. and Valentine, J.W., Evolution, W.H. Freeman and Co., San Francisco, 1977)

   While we weren’t looking, Technocracy plugged Westerners into the Matrix, a false reality. Like Nemo we must awaken, unplug ourselves and go in search of the Truth while there is yet time.

     When Pontius Pilate asked “What is truth?”, he was standing in front of truth…Jesus Christ. He was a real man, yet fully God. He lived a perfect life and died on a Roman cross for the sins of us all.

     For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die—but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

     This world is passing away, but the free offer of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ is available to all even the “elite”. We should pray like the Lord instructed us when he said “Father…Your kingdom come, Your will be done”

     As Christians, we put our hope in a heavenly kingdom, not an earthly one. Put your trust in Jesus Christ.

   The trouble is not that Jesus Christ is not my Lord and Savior, for He is. He is the Truth, Way,and Life and my only Hope. Though I attend a Reformed Presbyterian church and am greatly blessed thereby, the trouble is that all around us are very many sheep who are becoming lost due to weak, vacillating, accommodating, and intellectually arrogant shepherds.

   It is characteristic of our darkening age that relatively few churches vigorously engage in actively teaching the fundamental doctrines as well as fulfilling the biblical mandate. (2 Tim. 4:3, Rev. 20: 1-3) The biblical mandate where workers of deceit are concerned is twofold:

   1. Do not to hold to any erroneous doctrine or philosophy (i.e. esoteric evolutionism). Because faithful Christians cannot protect themselves from false teachings unless the evils surrounding them are exposed we are to actively contend for the faith once given and by way of apologetics protect the Church from contagion by vigorously exposing the origins, presuppositions, fallacies, double-thinking, deceptions, delusions, errors, and tactics of the enemies of Christ.

   2. We are to have compassion and charity for those who are enmeshed in false teachings with the primary objective of winning souls for whom Jesus Christ died.

   Just as faithful Christians cannot protect themselves from false teachings unless the evils surrounding them are exposed, neither can those who are enmeshed in them be saved unless their disease is made known to them. Only when their disease is made known to them can they finally be converted to Jesus Christ. Thus I take seriously the apologetics mandate to “cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God…”

4. When you compare the citing of one scientist with 97% of another group of scientists by calling both ‘settled science,’ it seems manipulative. Of course, this is your blog and you have the right to be that way. And it isn’t as if we haven’t seen filtered data being used to reach a conclusion here before. But why?

     1. Do you understand how NASA arrived at the 97% figure? Let’s just say that it isn’t science.

     2. The history of science shows that the expression “settled science” is an oxymoron. Every paradigm falls. It may take a while but they all fall. In the nature of science, there can be no such thing as unquestioned dogma. When that happens, we’re no longer talking about science.

     3. I’m old enough to remember to warnings in the 70s about the coming ice age. It wasn’t as fevered, ahem, as the “global warming” hysteria (to use John Coleman’s language) today but it was pretty intense. It was all over the media in the early 70s. When we had that terrible cold snap in ’78 the media had a field day. Of course it was all nonsense.
