Andy Webb has a helpful reminder to all of us involved in planting confessional Reformed congregations. There are obvious things we can do that have nothing to do with “programs” or manipulation. The chief of these things to go out of our way to welcome visitors.  His experience is parallel to ours and perhaps to yours.

If you’re not familiar with the terminology “Old School Presbyterian” the post works just as well if you plug in the phrase, “confessional Reformed.” To that end, I see that Kevin Efflandt has a new blog with just that name: Planting Confessional Churches. Pastor Dan Kok (another friend of the HB) has a new blog too: Pillar and Ground. Welcome guys!
